The D.A.T.A. Project
Overview
For this project we learned about different ways to graph and plot data. After we learned about these different charts, we made surveys for our classmates to take. Then, we took the data we received from our classmates and turned it into an infographic (a visually appealing collection of data). The finished infographics were then placed on our classroom walls to display during exhibition. I felt I did a pretty good job on my infographic. I learned how to use multiple photo editing programs and how to manage my time wisely.
My Theme
The theme I chose for my infographic was broken bones. I had some great ideas on how to represent this with an infographic (ex. bone bar chart). Some of the questions I asked included, "How many bones have you broken in your life?", "How old were you when you broke your first bone?", and "How long did it take to heal?" Take a look at the final product below!

I found out through this project that not many people have broken bones! On most of the qualitative questions I got a none or n/a. For quantitative I got a lot of zeros. Finally, for comparative I found out that it doesn't matter how old you are for a bone to heal. The end.
